
For 28 years American Spoon has been preserving the bounty of Michigan’s Northern Fruitlands, filling jars with an ever-expanding array of sweet jams, rich fruit butters, savory grilling sauces, and spicy salsas. The farms and woods that surround us are a constant source of wonder, inspiring offerings from our very first — a jam so filled with fruit it was dubbed “spoon preserves” — to our most recent, candies so intensely fruity we simply call them Jammys.
